Imperial Kitchen Plus hires CNC stone fabricators, laser templaters, countertop installers and estimators across Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. All trades are employees on payroll with health benefits after 90 days, not subcontractors.
We hire people, not subcontractors
Every sprayer, fabricator, templater and installer at Imperial Kitchen Plus is on payroll. That is a deliberate cost we carry, because it is the only way to hold a consistent standard and to warranty the whole job.
Roles we regularly hire
- Cabinet sprayer — booth experience with catalysed 2K coatings
- CNC stone fabricator — saw and waterjet, Red Seal an asset
- Laser templater — precise, comfortable in customers’ homes
- Countertop installer — seam work, levelling, plumbing basics
- Estimator — line-item quoting, no commission-driven upselling
What we offer
Hourly rates reviewed twice a year, health benefits after 90 days, paid tool and boot allowance, paid training toward certification, and wet-cut fabrication with local exhaust ventilation and air monitoring as standard. Silicosis is preventable and we treat it that way.
