Terms of Service
The terms your quote and installation are carried out under.

Quotes
Written quotes are valid for 30 days and are fixed for the scope described. Where site conditions differ materially from what was quoted — water damage, cabinets beyond shimming, undisclosed structural work — we will stop, show you, and price the change before continuing.
Deposits and payment
A 40% deposit is due at order. The balance is due on completion. Deposits are refundable up to the point that materials are cut or booth time is committed.
Access and site conditions
You agree to provide safe access, working power and lighting, and to clear counters and lower cabinets before the crew arrives. Delays caused by inaccessible sites may incur a return charge.
Scheduling
Dates are targets, not guarantees. Slab breakage, freight and weather can move a date; we will tell you as soon as we know.
Warranty
Our warranties are set out in full on the Warranty page and form part of these terms.
Limitation
Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for consequential loss, including loss of use of a kitchen.
